Summer Movies: Opening June 2, 2017

DC has made some bad movies up until this point, but the main thing that Man of Steel and Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice have in common is they were directed by Zack Snyder. Those movies are dour and are missing all the fun that the Marvel movies have found in their movies. Thankfully, he didn’t direct Wonder Woman and based on the reviews, that is a good thing. The only other movie coming out this weekend that seems like it might be worth checking out is Band Aid, mostly because I really like Adam Pally (from Happy Endings) and Zoe Lister-Jones (my favorite part of Life in Pieces).
